LITHIUM GREASE

LITHIUM 12 HYDROXY

Nutech Ultra Lithium EP0, EP1 & EP2 Grease are outstanding multi-purpose, extreme pressure EP lithium greases. These high quality greases are manufactured with superior quality base oils and are fortified with a combination of performance additives.

Nutech White Lithium EP1 & EP2 have natural oxidation resistance. The lithium 12-hydroxystearate thickener gives the grease a dropping point of over 360 F, for excellent high temperature performance. Formulated with rust and corrosion inhibitors. This grease gives your equipment the highest levels of protection and required lubrication. Recommended for the grease lubrication of water pumps, universal joints and regularly lubricated chassis points on passenger cars, trucks, buses, farm tractors and mobile construction equipment. This product is also used for general industrial and farm lubrication where lithium grease is specified.

LITHIUM COMPLEX GREASE

NUTECH ULTRA LC EP2 Grease is a Lithium complex base grease formulated with highly refined base oil and specialty additives to meet severe requirements of machinery. It’s smooth, somewhat tacky and slightly stringy. This grease is capable of operations from minus 40°F to 350°F, but has a dropping point of more than 500°F.

NUTECH APEX LCMG #1 & #2 contains molybdenum disulfide and graphite. This grease will not plate out, instead it will form an adhering film on metallic surfaces, while reducing the coefficient of friction. This product can be used in a number of applications and has an outstanding operating temperature range. The molybdenum disulfide – graphite combination will act as a dry lubricant when necessary.

NUTECH MAX SYN LC2 Grease is a fully synthetic oil based grease. This grease provides the extended long service life at continuously high operating temperatures and extreme pressure operations. It is based on lithium complex soap base thickener formulated with (PAO) base oil providing extended life in arctic or sub-zero temperatures with working temperature range – 40 °F to 350 °F. This grease possesses extreme pressure/anti-wear, anti-corrosion & anti-oxidant characteristics to enhance its performance at higher speeds, heavy loads and at high temperatures. It has a dropping point of over +500 F, allowing it to perform in even the highest temperature environments.

NUTECH ULTRA LCHD EP2 Grease is a heavy-duty lithium complex grease designed for high load capabilities. Formulated with high-viscosity base oils and a combination of high quality EP and heavy duty additives. This grease also contains a tackiness additive to enhance retention on lubricant parts. It offers excellent oxidation stability and high resistance to water washout. It is designed for applications found in the construction, mining, farming and automotive industries. This grease can provide excellent protection of on and off-highway parts like ball joints and drive shafts.

CALCIUM SULFONATE GREASE

NUTECH ULTRA CS2 & 2.5 Grease is a high performance extreme pressure grease with outstanding film strength and resistance to corrosive saltwater environments. It is made with premium base oils that provide equipment long life. It protects against chemical and thermal degradation keeping equipment free from metal to metal contact keeping temperatures under control. It has outstanding pumpability characteristics where other sulfonate greases fail. It does not contain harmful additives such as, antimony, barium, chlorine, lead, copper, graphite, phosphorus, sulfur or zinc. This product is environmentally friendly but is not biodegradable.

NUTECH ULTRA CS2 MO Grease has been formulated using high viscosity base oil and overbased calcium sulfonate complex thickener with Moly. Special additives providing this grease with outstanding extreme pressure properties, excellent water repellency, oxidation resistance and a wide operating temperature range. Formulated with a combination of solid lubricants which adhere to the metal surfaces forming a strong protective film, preventing welding and reduced friction under heavy shock loads. This heavy-duty extreme pressure grease is formulated using high viscosity oil exhibiting outstanding film strength and resistance to corrosive saltwater environments. NUTECH ULTRA CS2 MO meets and exceeds demanding automotive and industrial requirements.

NUTECH NIAGARA CS2 GREASE is the newest generation of environmentally friendly and superior performance, heavy-duty grease. This grease has excellent film strength and outstanding water resistance even under corrosive saltwater environments. It has the ability to absorb water without losing thickener consistency. Formulated with high viscosity base oils and a select combination of polymer additives. It has excellent mechanical stability and long lasting adhesion to the metal surfaces, preventing wipe off. It’s has exceptional lubricity, high load carrying capability, optimal EP properties, thermal stability, rust protection, and excellent water washout resistance. It does not contain harmful additives such as antimony, barium, chlorine, lead, copper, graphite, phosphorus, sulfur or zinc. It is an optimal choice for marine applications among many other very severe applications in mining, oil fields, logging, etc. It is not biodegradable.

ALUMINUM COMPLEX GREASE

NUTECH EXTEND AC2 GREASE is a premium, extreme pressure, tacky multi-purpose, extended service life grease. This aluminum complex grease is based on unique synthesized aluminum complex soap thickener formulated in highly refined petroleum base oils. It exhibits excellent thermal stability, excellent high & low temperature capabilities, superior anti-corrosion & anti-oxidant characteristics, excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties. This aluminum complex soap based grease has excellent water resistance characteristics and will not washout. It’s compatible with all aluminum complex greases. This grease is not affected by hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) found in sour crude or gas and is resistant to salt water corrosion.

POLYUREA GREASE

NUTECH POLYUREA GREASE is a premium multi-purpose, long-life grease. It exhibits excellent thermal stability, exceptional high and low temperature capabilities and shear stability. This grease has excellent water resistance characteristics and will not washout. It maintains its consistency under severe working conditions, resists rust and oxidation. NUTECH POLYUREA GREASE has an excellent additive package and extreme pressure properties. It has the ability to be used at elevated temperatures and will maintain its structure.

LUBE, CIRCULATING, GEAR AND WAY OILS

Nutech oils are formulated from the finest high quality base stocks and are further fortified with high performance additives to enhance their capability. Engineered with a superior additive package, they are designed for superior performance recommended for use in high pressure systems which utilize vane, piston or gear pumps. Formulated with rust and oxidation (R&O) inhibited oils ideal where long lubricant service life is required and other applications where a high quality anti-wear type oil is required. Their superior oxidation resistance enables extended oil drain intervals, with significantly reduced sludge, varnish and carbon deposits on internal parts, pumps, and other internal components.
