  • NUFORGE 1023 is a water based synthetic lubricant designed for medium complex part forging of ferrous metals. Temperatures range from Hot (1300°C) and warm (900-1050°C) NuForm 1023 is an odorless formulation that is ammonia free and provides good adhesion. This low residue forging lubricant is easy to clean and is a non-heavy metals formulation. It does not generate toxic fumes and is good for complex parts.
  • NUFORGE 1897 is a water based synthetic lubricant designed to forge complex ferrous parts. This polymer-based lubricant has excellent wetting properties at high temperatures. NUFORGE 1897 has a low friction coefficient value and can replace some graphite water-based lubricants. This odorless formulation is ammonia free and has good adhesion. It’s a low residue formula that is easy to clean dry residue. It contains no heavy metals and does not generate toxic fumes. It’s good for complex parts and has a proven history of being operator safe.
  • NuForge 1898 is a high performance aqueous, graphite-free, forging lubricant that delivers superior lubrication, enhanced release, thermal dissipation and metal protection in both ferrous and non-ferrous applications. The unique polymer formulation is a new advancement over typical “synthetic” forging lubricants used today. The product provides a durable polymeric film which reduces mold wear and provides easy release of the part from the mold. This product provides easy spray applications without plugging and forms an immediate film from 100°F-700°F while providing advanced metal protection and parting capabilities. This new polymeric film provides superior lubrication and is graphite Free. NuForge 1898 Technology Increases tool life without the need to agitate with no build-up. It applies a clear non-corrosive film for easy release.

  • NuDraw HP is a concentrated, semi-synthetic forming fluid made with proprietary preformed emulsion technology. Its very small particle size (< 1 micron) provides outstanding boundary lubrication for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is suitable for light, medium, and severe forming applications, including deep drawing, forming, roll forming, stamping, tube drawing, and bending of cold-rolled steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and brass alloys. NuDraw HP features a balanced lubrication package with both boundary and extreme-pressure additives to enhance forming performance. It also contains advanced chlorine and ester extreme-pressure additive technologies and runs exceptionally clean while providing excellent hard water stability.

  • NuForm 4004 is a water based, heavy-duty, drawing and stamping compound formulated to provide superior lubricity and corrosion protection for deep drawing ferrous and non-ferrous parts. NuForm 4004 provides excellent corrosion protection on cold rolled steel as well as galvanized steel and aluminum. NuForm 4004 undiluted is recommended for heavy duty stamping and drawing operations, it can be diluted for less severe applications. It can be sprayed on part(s) to be formed, let stand to dry prior to the forming process. (Note: NuForm 4004 can also be applied immediately prior to forming and it will work “wet” as well as dry.) The residual NuForm 4004 can be left on the parts to provide corrosion protection or it can be washed off with warm water or alkaline cleaner if desired. NuForm 4004 has been used successfully in a multi-stage drawing operation of large diameter truck.

Die Casting Lubricants

  • NuCast 805 is a water-based lubricant developed for medium to large aluminum die casting applications. NuCast 805 utilizes a blend of unique polymers, wetting and anti-solder additives that withstand thermal degradation at core and other high-temperature areas of the die. NuCast 805 provides exceptional wetting which helps increase overall production rates by maximizing the cooling efficiencies of the die’s surface.
  • NuPlunge 20 is a semi-synthetic, oil-based lubricant for plunger tips and sleeves for casting aluminum and magnesium alloys. The product contains unique additives that promote adhesion of the lubricant to the plunger tip for unsurpassed lubrication without graphite. The product contains additives designed to prolong plunger tip and shot sleeve life and is formulated to minimizing smoke emissions and the evolution of gasses.
