Stainless Steel Conversion Coatings
NuDraw Oxalate Coat SS is an immersion ferrous oxalate process for the treatment of stainless steel and high chromium-iron metals. Its use, in conjunction with an immersion lubricant. Ideal for cold forming operations. It also has application for the wearing-in of moving parts.

Hot-water soap lubricants and dry-film polymers for severe drawing, extrusion, cold forming, and anti-friction performance.

Nutech Reactive Lube 300 is a thin film lubricant used over zinc phosphate coatings for increased drawing speeds and die life in drawing, cold forming and cold extruding operations. NRL300 reacts to form a strongly bonded zinc stearate layer that is more resistant to seizing and galling than those coatings obtained from standard stearate lubes.
Nutech PolyDraw 44 is a water based DRY FILM lubricant which imparts extremely high LUBRICATION and anti-friction properties when applied to metal surfaces. Particularly effective for cold forming AND metal drawing operations where zinc phosphate coatings are applied. Nutech PolyDraw 44 provides low residue levels (a problem with soap and other lubes) allowing for greater dimensional and finished part weight control. Does Not Rub Off, internally bonded for durability.
Nutech PolyDraw 44 provides a significant “HIGHEST PERFORMANCE, SUPERIOR QUALITY & LOWEST COST” advantage over oil and soap-type products. Can be used on all types of metals, with or without phosphate coatings. (Depending on the severity of the drawing operations) Simple air-dry dip process.

Soak and spray wash cleaners for removal of oils, compounds, residual phosphate, soaps, and polymer coatings.
