  • Nutech System Cleaner is a water based, low-temperature alkaline cleaner and conditioner (contains biocidal additives) designed for the internal and external cleaning of metalworking fluid containing CNC machine sumps and systems. It is designed and formulated for the removal of organic, inorganic contaminants and irritating odors from sumps, barges, lines, and water treatment systems. Nutech System Cleaner is used to flush and clean metalworking machine sumps and system components prior to recharging with fresh coolant or as an additive to control odors. It may also be used “in-process” to clean and disinfect a machine sump while the CNC machine is machining parts. Followed with a dump and coolant recharge. It is engineered to condition metalworking fluids for extended use prior to cleaning and replacement. Nutech System Cleaner contains additives for enhanced detergency/dispersing properties for the effective and timely removal of oil-based contaminants, swarf, and microbiological growth present in sumps and coolant lines. Nutech System Cleaner is also recommended for water treatment, recycling, and cooling systems.
  • NuClean 1700 is a heavy duty, very efficient, liquid product formulated for use in soak tanks or power spray washers to clean ferrous metals. NuClean 1700 will remove mill oils, stamping lubricants, shop soils and drawing and buffing compounds. Specially formulated to remove stearate and polymer-type lubricants, providing exceptional bath life.

  • Nutech Bio-Based Solvent Degreaser is a multi-purpose, heavy duty, natural bio-based solvent degreaser. It is biodegradable, non-toxic and VOC exempt. Removes heavy grease, oils and dirt quickly and safely. Use to degrease and clean automotive parts, oilfield equipment, machined parts, industrial machinery and other difficult-to-clean surfaces. Replaces and outperforms d’limonene degreasers and petroleum solvents such as mineral spirits and naphtha.
  • NuTech Citrus Cleaner 1725 is a concentrated blend of surface-active agents and alkaline builders. Citrus Cleaner 1725 is a non-corrosive citrus cleaner designed as a floor, maintenance, machine and coolant sump cleaner. It’s safe to use on most painted surfaces when floor and/or machine paints are used.

  • Nutech Anodye Black 100 is a light fast and weather fast dye that can be used to color aluminum to be used for both out-door and in-door applications. It is also suitable for producing dark green colors and for shading.
  • Anodye OD Green is a dye mixture that produces a military olive drab shade often specified as MIL 595 34089. Unlike other olive drab dyes, this blend has been specially formulated to consistently hold color over the life of the bath.
  • Nutech NuClean 1186 is a medium to heavy duty cleaner for use in spray, immersion, ultrasonic and vibratory applications. NUCLEAN 1186 is compatible with aluminum and steel. NUCLEAN 1186 is formulated to remove grease, oil and other contaminants. NUCLEAN 1186 has a complex blend of surface-active ingredients that aggressively lifts soils and prevents them from redepositing on the cleaned surface.
  • Nutech Cleaner 4004 is designed for soak tank cleaning of aluminum alloys. A non silicated, non etching, moderately alkaline detergent to remove difficult grease and oil residues in low temperature soak applications processing aluminum. NC4004 is tolerant to hard water situations. Brightens and cleans aluminum alloys without the typical scaling properties of a silicated cleaner.
  • Nutech Cleaner 18 is a mild alkaline liquid cleaner designed for the removal of phosphate and reactive lubricant coatings from steel or aluminum parts. It may be used by spray or immersion.

  • Nutech Cleaner 212 AL is an oxidizer free mildly acidic cleaner/brightener for aluminum and other non-ferrous materials. Nutech Cleaner 212 AL is designed for immersion applications and is a liquid material for ease of handling. Nutech Cleaner 212 AL is particularly effective at removing Precoat and Formlube films from aluminum parts and stainless steel processing equipment. When cleaning soap based Formlube residues Nutech Cleaner 212 AL will float the fatty acid component of the lube to the surface for removal thus extending the bath life. Not recommended for use proceeding zinc phosphating processes.
