Soluble Oil Coolants

  • NuCool 2795 is a new generation high performance soluble oil metal working fluid for use on many types of alloys and machining operations. This product uses the newest developments in surfactant and extreme pressure additives. The unique emulsification system allows for low foam properties without the use of defoamers that deplete over time. In addition, while retaining outstanding extreme pressure performance, NuCool 2795 doesn’t contain the typical chlorine additives found in competitive technologies. This reduces environmental and performance concerns.
  • NuCool 2665 is a soluble oil formulated for a wide variety of metalworking operations including machining and grinding operations on both ferrous and most nonferrous metals. NuCool 2665 has superior stability in the concentrate and the emulsion form. It is resistant to moderately high conductance conditions that often results from hard water concentrating, aging or other leaching.
  • NuCool 2650 is a soluble oil formulated for a wide variety of metalworking operations including machining and grinding operations on both ferrous and most nonferrous metals. NuCool 2650 has superior stability in the concentrate and the emulsion form.  NuCool 2650 has been formulated selecting highly biostable components and amines that provide synergy that enhances and reduces the biocide present. NuCool 2650 has been found to have very high lubricity relative to the marketplace. It is very powerful per mil of film resulting in high finished parts.

  • NuCool Elite 3000 utilizes a high viscosity high flashpoint brite stock base oil that provides tremendous boundary lubrication and film strength. Formulated for both ferrous and non-ferrous materials and all machining operations.

  • NuCool 3350 Plus is the latest advancement in our semi-synthetic preformed emulsion fluid line. NuCool 3350 Plus is a heavy duty semi-synthetic safe for ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It provides optimal tool life and finish with tremendous corrosion control and long maintenance free sump life. NuCool 3350 Plus effectively wets out surfaces giving it unrivalled film strength and boundary lubrication. NuCool 3350 Plus efficiently dissolves compound substances for exceptionally clean surfaces and tools.

    NuCool 495 Synthetic Mist Lube. Viscosity 18 CST @ 40 C. No Sulfur, No Chlorine. Acculube Replacement for Sawing and Tapping Aluminum.
    Nucool-498b Acculube Replacement for Sawing and Tapping Aluminum Alloys Based Upon Blend of Fatty and Polymeric Boundary Lubricants. Contains a Phosphorus Additive for Extended Tool Life. Viscosity of 14 CST. Mild Odor. Can Also Be Used on Ferrous Metals.
    NuCool Mist Lube Ester Based, Synthetic Low Viscosity (13 Cst @ 40c). Effective Cutting Fluid Extreme Pressure Additives for Sawing and Cut-off Operations for Aluminum Billets and Extrusions for Both Regular and Cast Alloys. Allows for Extended/Blade Life With Only a Minimal Residual Film. Based Upon Exceptional Blend of Esters With Outstanding Non-ferrous Lubrication Properties. Contains Antioxidant and Corrosion Inhibitor. Not Recommended for Ferrous Metals. Economical as Compared to High-end Acculube Products. Can Also Be Utilized for Forming Applications (Blanking and Light Stamping) on Non-ferrous Alloys.

  • NuCool EDM Oil Is general purpose oil for use in Electrical Discharge Machines. The oil is designed to off er the best efficiency in a broad range of metal removal rates. It is manufactured from a highly refined paraffinic base stock combined with highly effective oxidation inhibitors to significantly reduce sludge formation and prolong the useful life of the oil. It works as an insulator, but ionizes readily at applied potentials of 40 to 400 volts to conduct spark discharge.
  • NuCool EDM G is a synthetic EDM dielectric “class 1” fluid designed to produce rapid burn speeds, excellent flushing and suspension of the swarf, greater resistance to oxidation and rapid fi iterability in Ram EDM operations.
  • NuCut 20 is a blended vegetable oil containing various boundary lubricants and EP additives for added performance. It’s formulated for heavy duty metal working of ferrous & Non-ferrous materials. Nucut 20 is used to perform a wide range of operations including honing, turning, milling, tapping and broaching. It has anti-weld properties, provides excellent tool life and minimizes odors.
  • NuCut 137 has a high degree of chemical activity and a combination of free sulfur, inactive sulfur and fatty oil. NuCut 137 provides outstanding performance on difficult operations like skiving. NuCut 137 is light in color for easier inspection of cutting tools and workpiece. NuCut 137 provides good cooling, lubrication and anti-weld properties.
  • NuCut 150 is a heavy duty cutting fluid designed for use in screw machines and other tough machining operations of ferrous metals. NuCut 150 is light in color for better viewing of machine tool and work piece, but is heavily fortified. NuCut 150 exhibits excellent lubricity and anti-weld properties. NuCut 150 provides superior performance in heavy duty thread cutting operations keeping tooling cooler for maximum performance.
  • NuCut 200 is an oil-based machining fluid for use on a ferrous and non-ferrous alloys providing good tool life and surface finish. NuCut 200 can be used to lubricate bronze bearing materials contained in the machine tool. NuCut 200 is also an excellent choice for several machining operations including turning, milling, drilling, reaming, boring, threading and tapping.
  • NuCut 262 is an oil-based machining fluid for use on a ferrous and non-ferrous alloys providing good tool life and surface finish. NuCut 262 is also an excellent choice for several machining operations including turning, milling, drilling, reaming, boring, threading and tapping.
  • Honing Oil
  • NuSkive 137 has a high degree of chemical activity and a combination of free sulfur, inactive sulfur and fatty oil. NuSkive 137 provides outstanding performance on difficult skiving operations. NuSkive 137 is light in color for easier inspection of cutting tools and workpiece. NuSkive 137 provides good cooling, lubrication and anti-weld properties.
